Værdi was mandated to support the corporate restructuring of a financial infrastructure provider in its investor relations efforts, which included the development of a new website. We developed the investment proposition, drafted job descriptions for the recruitment of team members for the set-up of its IR team, supported preparation ahead of key engagements and provided advisory support in the development of a new website for the Group.

We achieved for the client, a website that clearly conveys its investment proposition and ensured ease of navigation, a user-friendly and interactive experience. We also developed an investor communications management process to properly monitor and respond to investor enquiries. Finally, we drafted press releases and letters to inform stakeholders of the successful completion of the transaction.
